I bought leather sofas from this store which started sagging in less than a month. The description on the website is a lie: "high quality and sharp look for years to go".
Mine doesn't last for more than a month!! Their warranty is another lie and they don't take responsibility. They also don't reveal the technician report (the technician mentioned sagging is a manufactured problem). Be aware of Haynes Credit card too because they only take Haynes's side without reading your claim.
The fake store has no confidence in its product to make the customer happy. I bought a lot of other furniture from Macy's.

New furniture was delivered damaged and defective, still not resolved 2 months later.
I purchased new living room furniture, 2 of 3 pieces had issues at delivery (motor on couch was bad and tear on recliner). I called then and about 15 times since to get a new back to replace the torn recliner back.
I've requested management to call each time and 2 months later I still have a torn chair and no call back. I bought new furniture and customer service and salesperson while nice have no authority to resolve this properly because of the policy. The policy is for repairs of furniture people have had, not furniture delivered with issues. The motor was resolved but still have a damaged chair.
My husband had to take a day off work and lost wages for the motor and to find out the wrong part was ordered for the chair. Haynes should have brought me a new back to replace the damaged one instead of going through the repair process... I am so dissapointed that noone in upper management will return a call and I have paid alot for something and now have to fight to get resolution.
NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! EVER!!!

Racist Employees
Im usually pretty tolerant with people. Ive learned to choose my battles carefully in life because you cant live a life fighting and bitter all the time.
But I cant overlook what happened to me at Haynes in Virginia Beach. I was speechless when, during a disagreement over the price of furniture I was considering for a purchase, I was called a Cheap N- by one of the sales associates. She refused to give her name and I was too upset to push the issue at the time. But she was an older white woman who said she had been there for years.
I was so humiliated and disgusted, I left the store speechless and have given the matter a lot of thought. Obviously, I wont return and now know exactly what Haynes Furniture is all about!

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED TO ME.
I purchased some furniture from your store in irving tx when the furniture set got delivered the loveseat was broken i didn't realize it till. Months after I contacted customer service to see what can be done they took forever to contact me back so i had to keep calling them over and over until they finally answered my call telling me they didn't have the part to fix the furniture so they gave me a store credit instead of refunding me my money so i went to the dump to select some new furniture they didn't have anything i liked so i keep going to look in the store to see if they had any new sets they didn't have anything so then the salesman Greg Dawson said i could pick anything that adds up to the credit of 3200.00 i selected a bed and a dresser which was supposed to be delivered today and the delivery driver drove off with my new selected furniture Greg also told me the furniture was not going to be picked up due to COVID the warehouse was not taking any furniture from people homes so i could get rid of it and here today they are telling me that bc i reselected furniture that i needed to give them the furniture because of how they keyed it in the system then when i called to speak to someone at the store the lady on the phone started talking to me about buying s pair of jeans and i felt insulted after t spent 3200.00 in the store she offers me a credit of 250.00 and.
It would cancel warranty when i asked here how much the love seat was worth she said 975.00 but she can't or wont refund me my money or give me my new product i am highly upset disappointed and in need of this situation to be resolved immediately
Deja reached out to me in December requesting pictures of the furniture which I sent on 12/17/20
It took 3 months for them to decide figure out the part wasn't available.
So because 1 warranty wasn't expired I couldn't use the other that. I purchased.
Instead of refunding my money which is what i originally wanted they told me to choose something else
I reiterated with Greg Dawson about the furniture and again due to covid the warehouse isn't picking up any furniture
The warranty from the dump is expired as of may of this year

Preferred solution: A call about my bill. I have left 7 messages after holding for hours. I plan to go to social media with my frustration if I don’t hear from you. After that, I’ll seek litigation against you.

As of December 7, 2020. I haven't received any communications from Haynes Department regarding my experience.
I'm still waiting for the rest of my furniture to be delivered, including Nightstands(2) and our permeant Bedframe. The management team hasn't lifted a finger...
The Agent was professional and seem to understand our needs. We were promised delivery of our Bedroom Suite with the exceptions of our Nightstands and permeant bed railing. Unfortunately, it's now November, and we still have received our complete order yet. I contacted our Agent for an update on our delivery, to my disbelief I was informed that the rest of our furniture won't be in until December.
Once I told the agent I would be filing a complaint, He told me that it wouldn't change anything, and I wasn't the only customer with shipments backed order.
I found his attitude very rude and unprofessional. They didn't have a problem billing us and taking our money.
