I purchased a childs bedrm set a year ago the rails and the slats have broken, I called the store to see if I could purchase a new set and to no suprise the put me on hold for 30 min several people back and forth picking up having to tell 3 different people the same exact story and what was needed.
Once again the last fellow I spoke with took down my info , the same song and dance a manager will call you back before 6 pm today.
I stayed on hold for a total of 30 mins just to once again get the story someone will call you back. I was even told that they paged several associates and no one would even pick up the phone. POOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
