Haynes Furniture complaint by Michellecadd

Back in March 07 My husband and I purchased a sectional (leather) with in 6 months the reclining mechenism had broken.I called in the repair early Nov 07 the end of Nov they came out to see it ordered a part. The part didn't come in til late Jan and first avaliable time to fix it was Feb15! I had mentioned to the first guy in nov that the chair had brokendown on the back cushin... He told me he would write it down on his sheet to be addrressed. When the recliner broke we moved it to the wall so that it was not used. In febuary the man who came to fix it I addressed it again and then he told me the same thing and that someone would be contacting me. In march we found out we were gonna move and started packing and as soon as we got in our new house I got realy sick. Last week I was cleaning the Living room and thought I never heard back from them and so I called them. After leaving several messages no call back. Today I demanded answers and I got Im sorry , your one year warrenty is up! I called about this like 5 months ago and nothing was done. Well I am DONE with them my husband is military and I am going to do my damndest to get them on the black list for the military. I can't believe that people don't care about what theier sellin only the $$

Makes Me SICK!

BEware of them they are scammers!!

I wish there was more that I could do!
