I purchased a power love seat on April 26, 2016. After two weeks, the chair stopped working. I contacted Haynes about the problem and set up an appointment to have a service technician come out and repair. A week later, He concluded that that the switch and or motor was defective and he had to order the part. Three weeks later, I call to follow up on the progress and was informed that my part had arrived but a return visit had not been schedule. No worries, I requested to set up appointment during my call. A week later, a service technician arrives and concludes the part they ordered was wrong. Its now going on two months and customer service nor anyone I have spoken to can give me a straight answer as to when the repairs will be complete. I was only told, someone will contact me in a few days. When we purchased the chair, we elected to get the extended warranty, but it seems Haynes is still dragging the process out, and from my point of view, if you purchase an item costing over $1200, it should work longer than 3 weeks and diffidently be corrected by now. Debbie at corporate nor the store we purchased chair from can give a direct answer. If your reading this, beware!!!! Haynes furniture stores don't stand behind there products, it another side of the company and you will be at there mercy and discretion to fix your products. Our purchase from Haynes was largely due to the reputability of the company. I no longer share that view and on top of everything, those I spoke with were rude. If your going to make a major purchase, AVOID Haynes Furniture.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Haynes Furniture Cons: Poor customer service.
